Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use services from BeAIPicked, a DBA of Arise Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). By paying for a plan you agree to them.

Services and prices

• Free Scorecard: a dated report of how AI search answers customer questions in your city.
• Fix Pack, $297 one-time: we correct your business details on your website, Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Yelp and BBB, add structured data, and re-check. Includes your first month of Monitor free.
• Monitor, $99/month or $990/year: weekly checks, alerts and a monthly report.
• Grow, $249/month or $2,490/year: Monitor plus monthly content and review-request help.

Annual plans include 2 months free compared with monthly billing.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until cancelled. After the free Monitor month included with the Fix Pack, Monitor continues at $99/month unless you cancel.

Refunds and cancellation

• You can cancel a monthly or annual plan anytime by emailing steve@askaiaudit.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• We don't refund partial months or unused periods, except under the guarantee below.

Our guarantee

If your 60-day re-scan, using the same questions, doesn't show AI naming your business more often, we keep working on it free until it does, or refund you. Your choice.

• The guarantee applies to the Fix Pack fee.
• To get a refund, request it within 14 days of your 60-day re-scan report.
• If you choose more work instead, we run one more re-scan 60 days later, with another 14-day window to request a refund. After that the guarantee ends.
• The guarantee is void if the access steps we send you aren't completed within 30 days of purchase.

We can't guarantee placement, but we'll always work to help improve it.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us the access we need (for example to your website, Google Business Profile and directory listings), to provide accurate business details, and to approve content before we publish it. You remain responsible for displaying your license number as your licensing board requires.

AI results

AI answers vary from run to run and change over time. We measure them with repeated, dated checks using the same questions. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google or Perplexity.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
